Tis' The Season...

Tis' the season for giving and the Village at Rice Hope Apartments wants to help you. Tell all your friends, coworkers, family members, etc. all about our fabulous community with all of its luxurious amenities and we will help you pay those pesky bills this Holiday Season. Don't forget to tell them about our Bodner Bundle, which is water, trash, sewage, basic extended cable, and a full sized washer and dryer all included in your rent.

For every person you get to move in to the Village at Rice Hope we will give you $250.00 off of your rent 30 days after they move in.
